Educational Excellence is excited to present at the annual COSA Seaside Conference alongside Michelle Dawkins, Principal of Mosier Community School. Our session, Building Capacity with Purpose: A Leadership Story of Coherence, Coaching, & Classroom Impact, will highlight how intentional leadership, coaching support, and a focused commitment to a guaranteed and viable curriculum helped build internal capacity, strengthen instructional systems, and create meaningful classroom impact. Attendees will hear how this collaborative work has already led to stronger instruction, increased student engagement, and highly positive teacher feedback in just the first year of implementation.
